I have another installment of Insta-Style for you today featuring spice tins.
What’s Insta-Style? A weekend series of simple projects for which no tutorial is needed.
You may not own the same items I show in the series of posts, but I am hoping that the ideas will inspire you to look at everything around you with new eyes and ask yourself…”what if?” to come up with your own Insta-Style decorating ideas.
What do you get when you put a spice tin and magnets together?
A refrigerator door spice tin catch-all.
Place a few powerful magnets on the back of an empty tin with glue. Let dry and hang.
Really cute! Wish I had some tins like that. Love your blog!
Thanks Vicki –
I bought the tin a few weeks ago. It was in the spice aisle at the supermarket. The brand (Pride of Szeged) sells the rub as well as a white tin that has paprika in it.
What an adorable way to reuse something we all might have around the house! Thanks for sharing such a great idea!
Hi Diane,
do you know that “Szeged” is a Hungarian city famous for the spice “piros paprika” – red pepper. Being a Hungarian I am so glad to see this tin in your blog.
I love this. I used to tie a pencil on a string to keep it handy at the fridge…. but hated it. Now this is perfect.
Love this idea and this series! Will be on the lookout for a cute tin.
