Corporate Sponsors

In My Own Style is  looking to partner with corporate sponsors that offer products and or services geared to lifestyle, which includes products or services related to Home, Organizing, Style, DIY, Entertaining, and Travel.  I will also consider other products if I myself will use and like it. I actively link up to other blogs, Pinterest, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook and will promote your site/shop/products there, too.

In My Own Style does not accept paid or exchange text links, or accept written posts from businesses or other online sites.

Giveaway/Review Post

Product giveaways on InMyOwnStyle are a tremendous way to drive high traffic to your website, shop, product or service over the course of the giveaway (normally open for 4-5 days) and beyond.   I may request that I receive the product offered so that I may review it and include my honest opinion in the giveaway post.

This includes:

  • Time to take photos, write and edit the post.
  • Prime placement on the blog – which includes detailed product and business information and links directly to your site or shop.
  • Social media shout outs on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest
  • The giveaway post is evergreen content, meaning it will remain visible for the lifetime of the blog. If it is a project related post it will be pinned on Pinterest for years.
  • Approximately 1 million page views per month.  That’s a lot of people viewing your product and site!
  • Products offered should have a retail value of at least $100.  If the product will be written as a tutorial style post, then I require additional payment to do so. Please email me to discuss.
  • I limit giveaways to 2-3 sponsors per month and will run the giveaway for 4 days usually starting on a Friday and running into the following week.

  1. Hi Diane, I have been enjoying your blog for quite some time but this is my first comment. Crazy. Talk about feeling like a stalker. Please forgive me. I am not high tech. I don’t have facebook. I just love reading about folks who like the same kinds of things and live the kind of life I do. Well, except for the fact that my kayaks hang in my garage and yours gets to sit in back and only a few feet from the water : ) : ) I am writing because my son just accepted his offer to attend Clemson University and we are seriously interested in moving to a lake home in SC. Of course Chapin Lake is at the top of my list !
I am hoping you will be kind enough to direct me to a real estate person in your area that you trust – or at least a firm that you trust to show us around. Move in day is August 9th. We have an air b&b for the week so hoping to get some real estate viewing in during that week as well.
Diane, Thank you for your wonderful, real life blog. My oldest was in ROTC and is now 24 and a 1st LT Army nurse in Seattle. The mountains are calling him and it is crazy watching my sons enjoy the life I so love, too. I have enjoyed your blog from your lake lifestyle, to design, and including the military family history. So nice to share. It has helped me know everything will be ok with my oldest. I will stop there. I really enjoy what you do on your blog, please keep up the good work and help me get to the lake, too. I cannot wait to be a SC resident !

Have a great day, Jennifer in the Chicago suburbs

    1. Hi Jennifer – How exciting your son is going to attend Clemson. SC is a state that is divided pretty equally with Clemson and USC fans. I see orange everywhere.

I know of an excellent real estate agent. They are the ones we used and they have become good friends. Kathy and Ken Mason. Ken will even take you out on his pontoon to see the lake. They are truly the best and know the lake very well. Here is a link to their contact info: https://www.masonteamrealty.com/contact/

If you have any questions about the lake, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me.

      Enjoy your weekend.

  2. Hello – a few months ago, I saw you describe a new printer that you have purchased. Can you tell me more information? I can’t find anything on your blog. Thanks so much

  3. “Hi!

I’m in search of possible guest post/sponsored post/sponsored link opportunities for a client of mine and I was wondering if this is something that you offer?

If so, I’d love to receive an overview of your pricing if possible.

    All the best :)
    James”

    1. I write all my own content and do not accept guest posts or paid links. For a sponsored post, if you have a product or service that is aligned with my content I will take a look to see if it is something that will benefit my readers.

  4. Hello! Could you let me know how much you charge for sponsored posts on this blog, pinterest, facebook and instagram? Thanks in advanced

  5. I would like to get an email on your rates for advertising? We sell water beads for plants and decor, we would love to advertise here!

  6. Hi Diane,

I recently launched Edenkrafts which is all about Inspiration Kits, a curated + themed craft kit delivered monthly to the home. I would like to explore whether it would be affordable for a small start-up like myself to advertise on your blog; attached is a sample ad. Could you please send through your media kit + advertising rates for review?

Thanks so much + I look forward to hearing from you!
