Style Scouting: Vol. 123

Thanks for stopping by for this week’s Style Scouting. My Sunday post where I share the random stuff that captured my attention or inspired me that I found online.

I hope this posts finds you comfy cozy at home enjoying some downtime in the busy week before Christmas or ready to start celebrating Hanukkah tonight.

Kelly Zoe Diane and Ed in Santa Monica

Ed and I have been spending time to celebrate Christmas a little early in Los Angeles with our daughter Kelly, SIL Roger and granddaughter Zoe who is getting so big. We have been hanging out baking cookies, watching Christmas movies and laughing and playing all the way. :-)

Yesterday we spent the day on the beach in Santa Monica and had dinner at Elephante that overlooks the Pacific ocean. It was a little chilly, but we stayed bundled up and enjoyed not only our meal, but the entire day that went by way too fast.

A few more days on the west coast and then we head back east and maybe to snow if the weather reports are correct to celebrate Christmas with our younger daughter, Mandy.

Enjoy the week ahead. Now onto the links I found this week.

Diane, thank you for your book recommendations. I’m looking forward to The Maid, and liked The Midnight Library (from another of your posts) very much, too, as did my sister. Great family picture up at the top here :)
