Style Scouting: Vol. 143

Thanks for stopping by for this week’s Style Scouting. My Sunday post where I share the random stuff that captured my attention or inspired me that I found online.

Greetings from Los Angeles where I have been the last week to welcome my second grandbaby, Dean. He was born on Tuesday night at 11:30. His big sis Zoe is smitten with him. She is also keeping me busy playing pretend restaurant, and more as 4-year olds do.

I am also becoming an expert in Lego construction, and all things Paw Patrol. :-)

Ed is heading back home and I will stay for another week to help my daughter and son-in-law, then it will be back home for me. Coming up on the blog this week I will share a project that I did in my living room before I left for LA that I mentioned last week. I kind of put that on the back-burner since I lost my focus on work and projects right now as I am sure you understand. :-)

Great styles this week! But those two sweet grands of yours stole the show this time. They are so precious. I can’t believe all that hair on your grandson! My girls were almost completely bald looking because their hair was so white. Lots of hair always surprises me. ♥ It is going to be so difficult to leave in a week. I think I’d have to move if my granddaughter moved away. Who would play tea party with her????

BTW- you look GREAT. You have lost a lot of weight since your profile pic, haven’t you? Keep it up! Looks great!

    1. Diane Henkler says:

Hi Michele – Thank for the nice note in reply to a Style Scouting post I wrote a few weeks ago when I was in LA to meet my new grandson. You asked if I had lost weight since my profile pic. I have but not that much. I eat a whole food diet and nothing processed. After sticking with this way of eating, any puffiness I had is gone which I never even knew I had until it was gone. :-) I started to eat this way to try to figure out why I got the autoimmune disease Vitiligo. I still have that but got it to at least stop spreading. I feel so much better than I ever had and have lots of energy. I haven’t written about it in a while, but will try to do an update post soon. Thanks for reading my blog. XO
