Style Scouting: Vol. 267

Thanks for stopping by for this week’s Style Scouting. My Sunday post where I share the random stuff that captured my attention or inspired me that I found online.

Hello…hello my dear readers. I hope all is going well for you on this second Sunday in November. I have been busy behind the scenes getting my blog ready for the holidays. If I were more techy, I would like to add festive touches to each page like magazines do, but to hire someone to do it gets too costly. I will have to settle on what I can do myself.

Onto things I can do… and that is go thrift shopping. I did just this yesterday when I went to the annual Trinity church bazaar in Columbia, SC. I have always found great stuff and this year was no different.

I spent a whopping $17 on decorative items from a bolt of upholstery fabric to never used large Pottery Barn seed glass candle holders and a few other items that I will be using to decorate my house this holiday season.

Now I am gearing up for the cold wave that is going across the country to set upon us on Monday into Tuesday. It is 76 and humid as I write this. On Monday to Tuesday it will be around 26 degrees. Brrrrr!!! If it gets cold where you are – time to get cozy.

Now onto the links I found for you this week.
