Style Scouting: Vol. 301

Thanks for stopping by for this week’s Style Scouting. My Sunday post where I share the random stuff that captured my attention or inspired me that I found online.

It has been quiet in my world the past week, but I did do something new that I have never done before. Trying to keep up with getting 10,000 steps a day with my bum knee and the heat, my twin sis and I went to the mall and mall walked for an hour where it was cool and we were not in the blazing hot sun.

Walking on the flat floor is so much better on my knee then walking outside on the uneven roads and sidewalks. We liked it and plan to go two days a week since is about 30 minutes away.

The mall opens at 10:00 for walkers and 11:00 for shoppers which is a good thing so we don’t shop as it is all about the exercise, not retail therapy. :-)

Do you or have you ever been a mall walker?

Now onto the links I found for you this week. Enjoy the week ahead!
