Christmas Free Printables for Decor, Gifts & More
Are you a Christmas printable lover? If so, then I have a few for you that you can use to decorate your home, embellish a gift and more.
I love free printables, especially gift tags and labels. I have shared many and today I am sharing not one, but a few new ones that I recently made for you.
I started out making this Christmas ornament gift tag.

Then I started playing around in Photoshop with colors and filters and turned the design into a chalkboard tag.

I then went to my stash of Christmas wrapping paper and ribbons from TJ Maxx and wrapped up a few boxes to show you how I will use the tags.
One thing about free printables is that you don’t have to use them at face value, you can change them to fit your needs.
Depending on your computer printer’s settings, you can print a free printable at various sizes and use them in many different ways, print in color or black and white and use all types of papers as long as you cut the paper to fit your 8 -1/2″ x 11″ printer size.
For instance, I printed the brown tag on adhesive kraft paper . You can buy it online or at the craft store.
The best way to cut the printables into squares, rectangles or any shape with straight sides is with a craft paper trimmer, but I often use scissors to cut out the images into round or detailed shapes. If you own a Silhouette or Cricut the process is automated.
The basic way to use a free printable is to print it out full size or to fit into a frame up to an 8-1/2″ x 11″ size. I sized this to fit a 5 x 7 frame, but you can make it any size your printer settings will print.
Check your printer’s settings and instruction manual, you may be surprised to find it does quite a bit more than just print images at full-size.
