So how have you been? Is it feeling and looking like fall in your part of the country?
Around Lake Murray, there are only one or two trees that I have seen that have begun to change color. I will have to wait a few weeks for it to really feel like fall.

The article about whether to wear a bra or not. Now granted, I’m not large busted (just barely a B cup), but I quit wearing a bra at home many, many years ago. I have fibromyalgia and find the binding of even the softest bras or bralettes extremely uncomfortable. I’m 52 this year and when I went for my mammogram my tech mentioned how lucky I was to have so little sagging at my age. I’ve only had one child, didn’t breast feed and I also have dense breast tissue, so all of this could contribute, but I’ve often wondered if not wearing a bra has actually made me sag less. In a way it makes sense. If you always wear a bra then the muscles that hold up your breast tissue atrophy, just like any other unused muscle. I always wear one in public and to exercise, but otherwise it’s the first thing that comes off when I walk in the door of my house. I would say, unless you are well endowed and it’s uncomfortable for you NOT to where one, give it a try, at least at home.
I live in Ohio and within the last few days all my trees are turning orange red and yellow. Looking out my glass doors we have been watching the leaves fall down like rain. It’s so beautiful. My 3 year old loves it. Also Christmas movies are my jam every year! I love them my husband loves making fun of them. And literally this time of year is pumpkin everything for me. Never made a homemade pumpkin mask but I have bought a few and they are ok. Thanks for sharing! Have a great week.
Great links! I went down the rabbit hole looking at everything! Thanks and hope you had a great weekend.
I checked out that secret ingredient you mentioned. Huh! I’ve been doing that to cabbage and onions and garlic for years! We also love to add an apple on occasion.
