Style Scouting: Vol. 281

Thanks for stopping by for this week’s Style Scouting. My Sunday post where I share the random stuff that captured my attention or inspired me that I found online.

Happy March 1st! It is almost springtime – only a few more weeks.

I had a delightful weekend at my daughter and SIL’s house getting to spend time with my 4-month old grandson. It is pure joy to be able to hold him and kiss his adorable cheeks all day long and not miss out on his milestones like giving me big smiles. :-)

We will be heading back home today. We had scheduled contractors to start removing the popcorn ceiling in our 2-story foyer, but they had to postpone until next week because of sickness. We can’t do it ourselves since the job requires scaffolding.

One of the projects I wanted to start before spring arrives is to re-do the painted countertops in my kitchen. I think I may start that tomorrow. It sounds like a big job, but it really isn’t hard. What makes it hard is that the kitchen can’t be used, but I will deal with that.
