Style Scouting: Vol. 288
Thanks for stopping by for this week’s Style Scouting. My Sunday post where I share the random stuff that captured my attention or inspired me that I found online.

Hi – I hope everything is going well in your world. This past week at PT for my leg, I was told the weird pain and discomfort I have been feeling most likely was coming from my hip that I had replaced 4 years ago. It needs some “muscle building attention” around it. After I came out of the PT session doing hip exercises that I did right after I had the replacement, I felt better.
So I am back to adding them to my morning stretch and workout. So from experience, my advice… if you have ever had a joint replacement – keep doing all the PT exercises you had to do, even if it is years later. :-)

On the home front, it has been hot this week which made it feel like summer. We, as in Ed is refinishing the deck, which is not a fun job, especially in the heat. It is a big deck that wraps around the house, plus their is another one one the second floor, so each step takes time – flipping damaged boards, sanding, cleaning and then staining and sealing.
We wanted to wait until pollen season was over to start, but didn’t expect summer temps in April. It is going to cool off today, so when my job of staining it comes, it will feel spring-like again.
Hope you have a great week ahead. Now onto the links I found for you this week.
