Style Scouting: Vol. 315
Thanks for stopping by for this week’s Style Scouting. This is where we will share the random stuff that captured our attention or inspired us that we found online.

I was able to spend some time outside recently, picking apples. We’d gotten some a few weeks ago, but I have been waiting for the Fuji apples to be ready. They ripen late – but I prefer them for my apple pie and apple crisp fillings. It tends to stay nice and firm when baked and they have an amazing flavor.
Usually, I make apple pie and crisp filling in bulk and freeze it. Right now I don’t have much freezer room, though, so I may try canning it for the first time this year. Wish me luck!
Do you have a favorite recipe you make with apples? We love apple pie and apple crisp – but I’d love to try to make something new with all of the apples we have.
I hope you enjoy the rest of your weekend and find something interesting in this week’s Style Scouting!
