Style Scouting: Vol. 47
Thanks for stopping by for this week’s Style Scouting. My Sunday post where I share the random stuff that captured my attention or inspired me that I found online.
It has been a little quiet on the blog this week. I didn’t get any posts written as I took the past two weeks off to spend time with family.
The first week was spent up in Charlottesville, Va helping my daughter, Kelly and my son-in-law pack up their home to move cross-country.
This week both she and my younger daughter, Mandy and her boyfriend all came to spend a week at the lake.
We had a great week weather-wise, but it went by way too fast.
Today the house is quiet again as Kelly and her family start their trek across the country and Mandy and her boyfriend head back to Virginia. :-(
Upcoming this week on the blog I will be sharing another DIY I did in my foyer as well as an update on a project I did a long time ago.
Now onto what I found interesting and inspiring this week.
Decorating
One of the newest decorating trends. Do you like it?
Could you live in this.
DIY
The cutest DIY for cat lovers.
This goo really works well to clean your car!
Food
A no-guilt chocolate summer treat.
If you like Oreos, you will probably love one of these…
I do this with lemons.
If you planted zucchini in your garden… this recipe looks good.
Beauty
The face moisturizer my dermatologist recommends.
When you can’t get to the beach… this may help you feel like you are.
Fun & Interesting
Very cute encounter… A dog playing with dolphins.
OMG!!! I can’t even imagine this happening.
What will they think of next…. this may seem like a joke, but could be very useful at night.
Something to Think About
How early should you actually get to the airport?
Facts that can save your life.
