Style Scouting: Vol. 197

Thanks for stopping by for this week’s Style Scouting. My Sunday post where I share the random stuff that captured my attention or inspired me that I found online.

To all the dads out there and the moms who support them…. Happy Father’s Day!

After coming across the photo above I have been trying to find out more about the light wood horizontal panels or wallpaper on the walls. I love it! Have you seen something like this? I am on a quest to find out more about it.

Starting on Wednesday this week, my life will change in one of the most positive ways ever. (See #6 in the graphic under the category below – Something to Think About.)

My twin sister and my nephew will arrive to make settlement and move in to a house that is only a few miles away from me. :-) Her husband and father-in-law will fly down a week later.

Then my older daughter, S-I-L and grandkids are coming for a week and then we are all off for a family vacation where we will meet up with my other sister, brother-in-law and my younger daughter and her fiance for a week at the beach where we spent our childhood summers. I am very excited!!

So much to get done before they all come, so I better get at it. Hope you enjoy the links and as always… have a fabulous week!

  7. I looked at the designer’s instagram and found it is pecky cypress paneling on the wall in the butler’s pantry. I’ll bet you could find something similar in a wallcovering, though.

Hi Maureen – It was under the heading: Something to Think About at the end of my post. It was on a graphic I found on Facebook. You may have thought it was an ad. It has a list of 6 Luxuries In Life. #6 was… a house full of love. :-)
