Style Scouting: Vol. 236

Thanks for stopping by for this week’s Style Scouting. My Sunday post where I share the random stuff that captured my attention or inspired me that I found online.

3 pretty hand painted glass candleholders from Pottery Barn

I have an exciting week ahead! My two grandkiddies are coming for the week with my older daughter and my S-I-L. Zoe is 6 now and is her spring break from school. Dean will be 2 in May. They are getting so big! They got here last night and I kissed them all up and still am today. This Mimi can never plant enough kisses on their adorable cheeks. :-)

They live out in Los Angeles so we don’t get to see them on a weekly basis, except for online video chats. Later in the week my younger daughter is coming so we will have a full house. If the weather is anything like last week, some rain, but mostly sunny hot days – 87 degrees, we may even be able to put our feet in the lake. :-)

I hope you have a great week. Now onto the links I found for you this week.

Great scouting, D! That lake house porch with all those windows actually made me gasp out loud. WOW. I will be there in my dreams. Stunning.
I have very long hair and cannot WAIT to try that sock trick. Thing is I don’t own socks – haha – never wear them and gave them all to my girls – so I will need to keep my peepers open. What a great idea. Those PB candles are to die for pretty. The bunny hydrangea arrangement made me laugh. Such whimsy! Thx for the great post. Have a happy week.

  2. Like you, I have a collection of brooches; I’ll have to come up with some creative ways of styling them.
That hand-painted candle glass; I can imagine you recreating that as a DIY future post.
    Thanks for the fun post.

  3. Good Morning Diane! I hope you’re having a wonderful week with your family. These times are so precious when our grandchildren are little, like yours and mine. I could and should comment every Sunday to tell you how much I enjoy your posts, each and every one, so please keep them coming!
