Style Scouting: Vol. 296
Thanks for stopping by for this week’s Style Scouting. My Sunday post where I share the random stuff that captured my attention or inspired me that I found online.

Now that we are entering the season, what are your plans for the summer? We have been on the go traveling over the past month and still have one very exciting trip planned this week.
As much as I enjoy summer vacations, I was recently reminded of the summers that I had as a kid – you know those lazy hot mornings not having to rush off to school, daily swim team practice that left the smell of chlorine on your skin all day, going to crafting day camp and coming home all excited to show your mom what you made and my favorite was going to the library weekly for the summer reading program where it was air-conditioned and a relief from the heat.
The more I got to thinking about these fond summer memories, the more I wanted to add activities like them into the weeks ahead. For instance I can join water aerobics at the the club we belong to 3 mornings a week. Head to the library and read all the magazines I don’t get and of course coming up with a crafty project or two to be proud of. Just thinking about them is making me smile, which is always a good thing and my plan for making new summer memories.
Wishing you a lovely week ahead and a happy start to summer!
