My dad passed away quite a few years ago, but I think of him as I do my mom every single day. He was the best and I miss him very much, especially at Christmas when I miss seeing him wearing a red velvet Christmas shirt. (open in same tab)

When my daughters were still living at home they would always bake their dad, Ed his favorite treat – these crumb cake cupcakes. (open in same tab). I still make them for him every Father’s Day. They are delicious!!!

Ed and I have been on a special trip with my older daughter, SIL, his parents and two of our grandchildren at a fun kid resort along the Riviera Maya in Mexico this week. Since most of the days were spent in the water, I needed a new bathing suit and got this one last minute before we left. I have been wearing it every day and could not be happier with it.
