Hello! I’m back after taking a week off from my weekly Style Scouting post. With family visiting over the July 4th weekend that included my 8-month old grandson’s first visit to the lake, I knew I didn’t want to have to be online and away from the sun and fun. :-) I enjoyed the visit and time off from my regular schedule.
It was a very hot 4th where we enjoyed lots of lake time, but with the heat we didn’t get to enjoy time around the firepit to make Smores like we normally would have done.
I know it has also been a very hot summer for many regions of the country and sitting around a firepit like the one above may not look enticing, but I did link in today’s post to a very nicely designed one that may conjure up chilly fall vibes that we can all look forward to in a few months.
